€62k; by First Season Sire (FSS) that made good impression at sales with Athletic types. Some promise already with better runners although they have looked hvy bodied and not natural 5f types (for e.g. Next Time Around and Persian Rock both travelled OK but lack real Change of Pace). Old dam has been patchy producer but has got superior and good runners when they have reached the course. Good sign that this one was solid sales price and gets to racecourse this early in his life. Trnr has better runners competitive to win FTO, usually 70+ rating if they have ability and shorter SP is significant (i.e. does relate to FTO performance expected and overall ability). Est [72+] POST-RACE: Vibes were that he was useful and reports of "working with older horses". Looked strong, mature, hvy bld and Deep front and good mover. On head-on shot he looked notable broad, much wider than Destinate whom he overtook easily for example. Slightly smalll but otherwise a solid 2yo rating into 90s and prob 100+ during the season. Fit on day but slightly inexperienced. Travelled very well behind solid pace and went clear as pacemaking pair stalled towards final 1f. Strong finish in the uphill final 1f. Time comparisons:
