SUMMARY
2Firm ground and solid pace. Race performance similar to winner of 2yo Auction race 30 minutes earlier.
Exotic Beauty led early and increase pace after 1.5f. Keep going ok off pace. Below medium size & not that strongly built. OR78-82 type?
Take Ten not run well as supported favourite on softer going FTO. Gave trouble at the start and not look settled. Bigger than EB but less quick action & look more of a galloper. Niggled to keep within 0.5L at halfway & always wotking harder than EB to go pace. Faded inside last 1f. Not look better type pedigree & support has suggested. Perhaps needs further or less firm going than this was.
Kings Of Leo also fractious at post and her winning form has not worked out well. Dropped in here & 3-4L back at halfway. With leading pair setting usable pace on firm ground it proved difficult to get that back. Taller than winner although lightly made. Can rate higher for less hold-up ride if she can settle.
Other pair moderate & Boga already seem too slow for 5f in better seller company. First run for new trainer. Reared at start and lost 3-4L and crossed to rail. Unable to go pace after that rather than the slow start being the sole reason for the poor run.
