Field raced middle to stands' side past halfway. 6 leaders in a line from close to stands' rail led by Archers Road who cut across from middle draw. Field broke up in the final 2f and most of the field faded and many hung left across the track. First two were survivors of that Lo6 & nothing made ground on them. 3rd/4th made places from 8/9th. No notable efforts to close up from behind. Shark Man & Eight Hours made places by plugging on better than the widespread faders.
