SUMMARY

2Rail out 10yards so field racing in centre track. Odd race to get a handle on but moderate time for GF and suspect poor form behind ok winner. Winner was 2nd at halfwaybut everything else in 1st 6 faded badly despite the pace looking average. The oddness continues with the 2nd to 5th home between 7th to last at halfway between 4L to 15L back of lead. Three of those made 9 places late on. Dungannon clueless & off the back & get back to 5th & going on at finish. That sort of shape normally means a suicidal pace up front but Palisades Park had to make & effort to cross to the rail & won comfortably.
Inclined to view that winner is solid OR80 type as previous form suggested. Won comfortably from OR60s types & race time with slow pace mean the actual form not even worth that.
Placed horses probably opposable NTO & more interest in 4-5th, Gooseberry Bush & perhaps Rockabilly Rebel. Dubai Set stablemate of winner & given non-involving ride. Prob OR68 type on profile. Dungannon ought to be ok given the amount of ground he made up. 15L off lead at halfway and got to back of group at 1F out & make progress through pack.
Gooseberry Bush show reasonable pace to get across from wide draw to join winner. Ran freely & faded badly but 2nd at 1F out. Or60s at 5f.
