SUMMARY

2Fast ground & tailwind. First two only ones to run a competent race. Kaspirit small but well prepared. Pressed along to make effort to cross to rail which was an advantage on day. Set solid pace & 2L clear at Hf & rrest of field not challenge.
Danzoe first runner for new trainer Des Donovan who has been an assistant in Newmarket for many years. Ran competent race off rail and progress from 5th at halfway to second.
Shibhan 3rd at halfway & fade towards final 1F. Fasilight another uncompetitive debut for M Botti & never in race & little progress. Mahiki look unbalanced at times, race with head up & look leggy. Not go forward when asked & look difficult ride. Hampered in last furlong on rail as Fasilight hung right & eased but not finishing race off anyway. Should be able to do better on size & range.
DDB supported again but lost ground at start again & 7th at halfway nearly 6L back. Still on rail late on and blocked when try to progress late on. Switched to centre & progressed to 4th past stalled & faders. Still going forward at finish.
