SUMMARY

2Poor form & a slow time. 2.5secs slower than the 5.5F race for males at Course 3 days ago. Headwind today rather than a tailwind for that race but that a part of the reasons for the slow time. A small & moderate group of fillies added to QParrot being allowed a soft lead to set, at best, an average pace other factors. The first four in a heap to add to the niggles & you would not want to be supporting the four who faded badly in a modest race although GPunch very green.
QParrot drift on debut & not put into Bath race by jockey. That event looks strong with the first 7 producing winners & strong later efforts. Late support here at long SPs suggest stable think she is moderate to average ability. Helped by easy lead in a low race & best placed in staright. Brifly headed by the tiny bull Deal before 1F out but regain the lead as that filly roll onto stands' rail. Plug on for modest win. Deal taken from rail at start to centre track & progress to 2nd at Hf. Come stands' side in straight.
BV & AoF in 5-6th at Hf 2-3L off soft lead. Close in final furlong but not recover advantage conceded. AoF hindered by hold-up ride in slower race & hampered on far rail on turn to straight as TTGs fade. BV some promise but not a race to support overall.
