SUMMARY

2Firm ground & Stiff crosswind from right. Fratellino small but very fit & ready on 4TO. Moves well on firm going & makes most of his type. Appeared to improve here but had the race run to suit him & rivals suspect or not have Run Style to suit race.
Frat allowed an easy lead 2L clear early & a little more at halfway with SExcel here to drop-in. Set best pace for himself & make a slight effort after halfway. Others then have problem of closing on a fresh rival on quick ground.
VCove not look fit & trainer said his 2yos had not worked on grass much so far. Held up early & give Frat 3L start & Hf & allow him to choose when to make effort. Took time to gather & only one to respond & make some ground back on Frat. Ok effort in context & better for 6f & tighter.
SE here rather than Marygate for easier race & Munro riding. Fizzy in prelims & held up in race 2.5L off Frat at Hf. Taking her early pace away seemed to leave her with nothing to offer & faded tamely.
PD no support & outpaced in similar race shape to debut. Some response to pace increase but soon stall & fade back.
KoA green prelims & giving weight for suspect win FTO. Not fast enough for this one quick ground. Niggled early & outpaced most after HF.
