SUMMARY

2Recent rain saw going GGS at start of meeting. Rain shower started during race & torrential as runners return to enclosure. Going set to GS after that.
Radiohead supported at 1/7 against newcomers. Biggest, fittest, good condition & 'Top Dog' attitude made him stand out any way. Settled behind tearaway leader and progress to win easily & difficult to pull up. Goes to National Stakes probably & OR90+ type. Superior attitude & maturity will mean he makes best of his ability.
Ragsta first to pre-prarade ring alone & mature and not worried by this. Small but neat & well built. Got to second in race through professionalism & just ok debut. Ought to make OR75+ although size an issue.
Trelawny Wells bigger than average size & build and carries his size athletically. Ought to get to OR80 on physical type. Not fit for day and fizzy, wound up & nervous attitude meant he had no focus on racing and performed poorly. This included losing ground at the start & not responding when asked to make an effort later in race. Check attitude NTO but has power to be ok 5-6f winner.
Ishipink runs for trainer who prepares debuts quite well but often little progress & no recent 2yo winner. Filly but good size & deep build & compact (much bigger than Ragsta). Tore off to 5L lead and fade later in race and eased late one. Having proved athletic enough a possible 5f winner but trainer's record a problem.
