SUMMARY

Stiff pace with the leading 3 at halfway hooked up in line within 1L of the lead. Mayson just over 2L back of the lead and CLad at 4L. Final positions reflect the leading pair fading and the two shortest SP horses executing the Stalk & Pounce properly. CLad unable to recover all of the 2L start he gave the winner for free. Solid effort by BBear who had hinted at a return to better form at Goodwood LTO after a pair of moderate efforts. Stuck at it pretty well given he raced closer to the pace.
