Background Information
  • 2004 foal, 15.25h, 1.58m. Trained by Aiden O'Brien. As a juvenile won 4 from 7 as a 2yo in a 6f Leopardstown Maiden on his June 7th Debut, the 6f Group 3 Railway Stakes, 6f Group 1 Phoenix Stakes & the 7f Group 1 Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere. Beaten into second by Teofilio in the 7f Group 1 pair of the National Stakes & Dewhurst Stakes. Only unplaced run in the 6f Group 2 Coventry Stakes 13 days after his debut success.
  • In training for the start of his 3yo season when abruptly retired and immediately sent to stud duties. Effectively to replace George Washington (another son of Danehill) who had proved infertile.
