SUMMARY

£10k Bonus Race.

Going Stick reading from 09:00am. Rails apparently at Maximum Width.

Stiff SSW Wind = Half Tailwind from Left in Straight, Varying Crosswind from Right up to that point.

Likeable effort by Savanna La Mar looking like a adult in a girl's race. Big galloper with lots of scope. A bit green here but still able to control the race on the rail, respond to any challenges and going on well at the finish. Presume she will go on to try Group races and probably at 8f. More a galloper than a speed type so perhaps prefer staying test.

Professional effort by Lady Margeaux to sit off the pace on the rail and racing settled, Good effort in the last 2F and OR70+ and this probably a step forward on previous efforts.

Lesser views on Pira Palace (small) and Tough Lady (taller but stringy) who are below Open Maiden level and trainers will have to work to find a win.

Over-the-cliff time with Windsor Rose who keeps on presenting problems for the trainer to fix on her way to proving she can win something. To fresh and free-running FTO in a grade too high for her then seemed to be thinking about it 4TO and not wanting get involved in an ok seller for her. Up In Trip here with cheekpieces and she had turned back into a frantic puller and the FFH for the first 2F plus meant the early fade inevitable. Let's hope she surprises at a long SP sometime after all the chaos.
