SUMMARY
GFG from GF two days prior. No info about any rain or watering. Going Stick reading from 08:15am and 0.1 firmer than previous day.

Medium WSW Wind = Mostly Crosswind from Left, Slight Tailwind.

Rain started after the first race and gradually got heavier and heavy during the race. Field raced Stands Side to Centre with RQ in Centre.

1st 1f = 14.75s
Sectional times per Furlong for Whole field which equals Rosdhu Queen since she led throughout and got a relatively easy time in the lead. Note that 5 of the 1Fs Slower than the preceding Sales race with the exception the 5th and RQeeun able to produce a relative effort off a slower pace. Pace a bit slower overall but presumably some effect of the rain?

1st 1f = 14.27s, 2nd 1f = 10.89s
3rd 1f = 11.00s
4th 1f = 11.27s
5th 1f = 11.66s
6th 1f = 12.82s

Newfangled racing closest to Stands Rail and a bit free overall. Losing ground after 1.5F and briefly niggled by jockey then very quickly pulled up and dismounted. Taken to racecourse stables for treatment. Diagnosed as a broken pelvis initially. After 1-2 days and further investigation it was decided the injury was too severe to be able to recover well enough. Newfangled euthanised on late Friday.
