SUMMARY

Weak race and only Pillar Box finishing the race off after a stiff pace set by JG. PB looking in good condition off a break and having bulked up ok and professional. Shorter, but about twice as wide as JG. Haggas showing how good trainer find ways to win. Presumably a nusery future or this a bit misjudged and might Haggas try the Supersprint since PB one of 3 x 2yos Haggas has for the same syndicate who target the Supersprint.

Jimmy's Girl very narrow bodied and considered expendable enough for Hannon to allow the A7 to ride. He couldn't hold her despite her lack of muscle and setting too stiff a pace. Also troublesome at the stalls. Might they drop her to a seller?

Red Perdita & Celestial Vision racing next to each other near the rail for most of the race and getting a bit outpaced with the pace set. Trundling on in an unappealing way into the last 1F and hard to judge whether they faded or were boxed in by the A7 on JG allowing that horse to roll ontot hem and hold them in. Probably academic given the poor form level. CV's debut run over-rated at 27 when he trundled into a volunteer 3rd.

Poor effort from Arlecchino's Leap who seemed to run his best race here 3TO when getting a comfortable lead over 5.7f. Ran that race in only a little slower pace than the average/1f for this one. But never travelling as well here and a bout of hanging left before Hf losing several lengths and then hustled to make it back quickly and fading.
