=== Post Race ===

Slow time and often a difficult race to weigh up as ful of smaller fillies who get over-rated. In 2014 Perardua won as a smaller filly who won a nursery off OR72 and ended up a suspect OR&79. 1 later maiden winner in field plus claimer & seller winners. In 2013 Arabda a FTO winner for MaJo & ended season beaten in nurseries off OR69. Auction & seller winner behind. 2012 winner won a nursery of OR75 with one winner in 2nd then into the garbage.

Inclined to think upper 60s into 70s for first two home clear. Pair got there via completely different routes with Fireglow a smaller nippy one leading on the rail throughout. She has been entered for races from early season. Seemed to set a usable pace so why did LJ & GIAB fade so much? Fireglow a 70ish one?

Glenrowan Rose an odd run in being 7th at halfway and well back and scrubbed along. Made a 'huge' move by the standards of this race to go past most of the field wide to be 2nd in the last 1f then staying onto Fireglow to the line. Similar 70 level? Or a bit better given the move?

Penny Pot Lane seeming to confirm promise of debut plugging on and perhaps usable 60. Poor run from Lil's Joy who should be 70+ but never travelling fluently here. Girls In A Bentley the strongest build in a 'smaller' type field and perhaps running too free and more scope than the avergae here.
