=== Pre Race ===

Freeze A Crowd cheap at the DBU sale but second topweight in this low level fillies' auction race. Breeze Video showing a smaller one but with enough build to be usable, say in the 50s. Holds her head well to the right and offerring to hang left for much of he breeze. Medium action speed and rolls along better in the 2nd 1f after a bit green in the first 1f.

Breeze Video for Magic Garden showing a (too) small filly. Ok build but frame too small. Pulling and FFH in gather. Willing in breeze and mostly straight but underpowered.

=== Post Race ===

Moderate to poor race on profile with Martini Time the Class of the Field but just staying on in a slow race FTO. MT might just be 70ish and as it played out she ran a poor race. Which left a comfortably sub-70 field otherwise unless the newcomers from higher profile stables any good (Bint Aldar, Jessie B Goode & Little Swift).

Circumstantials & visuals negative for JGB & LS. Hanagan rding Unilit for Channon with Mathers on JBG (read like a lesser one bought for sigling link on the page). LS looking a moderate foal in her picture and Simcock saying she was "a small, nippy filly and will be one of out earliest runners". Which doesn't sound like she is anything different from the other small ones here. Simcock also mentioning she had a good attitude which seems to be one of the items trainers reacxh for in 215 when trying to be positive about a small/duff one. Along items like "being a pleasure to deal with", "never missed a day's work" and so on. Avoid talking about the quality of the 2yo as a racehorse even more than usual.

Slow Time overall even with the rail out. Slow early pace evidenced by Magic Garden & Miniggold being able to canter over from stalls 10 & 13 wide on the track to form the leading pair. Even with a lessr pace overall the field stretched out into 2s & 3s after halfway. Unilit & Livella Fella forming the 2R in 3rd/4th through halfway taking a comfortable tow off the leading pair.

Pace upping enough before 2f out to put enough pressure into the race for the 2R pair at halfway to get past the leading pair in the last 1f to fight out the win (probably low 50s form). Little Swift lloking small and wiry but with some range in front and doing best of the Closers but what it that worth. Al Bandar a bit bigger than average in group but green and taking time to understand what was required in the HS. Staying on with LS out wide in the last 0.5f+.

Flat and hesitant effort from Martini Time all round. Akward break and the early niggling then turining into driving before 1f gone. Jk having to be active throughout the race. MT a bit head up and rolling around overall. Unbalanced and losing ground about 2.5f out when got a bump which knocked her back 2L. But, that more a symptom of her not going forward and looking out-of-sorts rather than being a cause of the poor run. Some laboured response out wide but an early fade. MT not looking to be enjoying the ground, track, racing in a pack, etc.
