SUMMARY
GFF in early am from GF on decs.

Rails on the innermost line.

=== Pre Race ===

Sales Video for Zebedee's Girl making her look the expected type. Smaller to small and compact. Deep front and lacking a bit of power behind. Walks ok and balanced and slightly leggy for her type. A very ready 5f sprinter if she is anything usable. Sold for €50k after the breeze so much have done something 'right'. Breeze video shows her racing off the rail and mostly handling the undulations (why do Breezes on such a track??). Willing, head down and a straight mover with a fast but short action. Still looking small and getting the most out of herself. Type to need a fast 5f test and might not stay (didn't see breeze out fully). Would expect her to be overpowered by bigger types and would need the right type of race to win. How does she look in this group against fillies like Crombay, Tholen & Ejaazah? Also in comparison to a ready sprint colt like Ahdaf?

=== Post Race ===

Unusual race shape and Halfway to final positions for the track on GFF. Unless the pace is too strong then the leader ont he rail usually has the best chance of winning followed by the horse in 2R on the rail. The winner here was 2R 1 wide at Hf (a largish 2.5L back) and the 2nd home was 5L adrift and driven along. Which suggests a too strong pace and the leading pair folding back and setting the race up for closers.

That take seems to explain a lot of the final result but a good portion also seemed to be relative ability. Ejaazah just average hight in filed and medium build but the best mover. Showed a bit more than just plugging on past faders. Probably a bit 75+. Zebedee's Girl a bit green and getting well behind and driven along. Then staying on to get a Volunteer 2nd on the line. Solid build and mover inthe group if a bit shorter. Niggle about what staying on here amounted to. 60s?

Field Of Visiona bit shorter in the group and not a straight mover in front. Looking sub 75 and an odd profile to be shorter favourite here off places in sub-75 races at lesser tracks. Good break and professional and got to the lead on the rail and should have been able to control the race. Joined by the bigger and stronger filly Crombay after 1f and she was pulling and that set FOV off a bit. Presume pair went a bit too strong and running alongside each other to the line with Crombay getting ahead in the last 1f but then fading more late on. Crombay's relative size making FoV look a lesser one and 65-70.

Tholen looking smaller medium and perhaps a bit lighter build in the group. In 2nd after 0.5f alongside FoV but seem to lack the pace to stay with FoV when Crombay came around the outside and upped the pace. Tholen perhaps blocked a bit on the rail in the last 0.5f but laboured progress (less than ZG say) and results seems a fair reflection of her class level.
