=== Pre Race ===

Latest Work Video for Academy House from June 17th showing him working with the unraced Strathearn & The Major(Volunteer 3rd of 12 in a moderate 7f Auction FTO June 20th). As with his earlier Work Vids where AH looked smaller than Golden Hello & Modest (both managed 1 x place from 3 runs to date and presume both Nursery set-ups so far). In the recent Video AH in behind the other pair and then pulled out later on and asked to go by the, Needs a whip tap to do it. Does it ok but the other pair working within themselves and setting what sort of task? On size grounds would have niggles about AH but perhaps has a bit of zip above his size. But, check if anything lurking in the STO field at LEIC because AH looking less than overpowering in bulk terms.

Trainer Bell interviewed pre race, mostly in TDE name-rank mode, but said Academy House had been "jarred up" after debut and hence the longer break to STO. Also said he was a "nice little horse". Which is not want you particularly want to hear about a 8/15f.

=== Post Race ===

Spencer getting a fast break on Academy House and 1L clear immediately but hauled him back to sit 2R. Fortunately, Mithqaal (XNB) running freely and going forward to lead and taking the field Centre Track. Mithqaal looking a solid size in the group and moving ok in the lead. As on debut not much happened at 2f out when put under pressure and soon losing ground tot he leading pair. Should be 70ish or a bit better but report of a 'Breathing Problem' so clearly a trick one to assess. Since we will probably have no info on any corrective measures.

Just an ordinary 6f maiden with Academy House and ok size in this group. Professional enough if thinking about it a bit when duelling in the last 1f. Around 75.

Song Of Shadows another example of what is becoming a very visible pattern. Appleby debuts usually uncompetitive to poor but the STOs compete strongly and seem pitched at a reasonable level so far. SOS similar type to AH and similar around 75 take.

Pair pulling clear of Lazzam who was a bit too green overall. Showed enough to fit somewhere 67-72. Needs a check.
