First thoughts. Below 75 race on Profile and lacking depth. Edification sub-75 but reliable and from a reliable trainer. But, drawn 13 and vulnerable to anything similar standard or above. Ornate bulkier & neater sprint type than Edification. Ornate getting a bullet start and leading on the rail from early on. But, going too quickly along with Edification & Trikingdom Ornate seeing the other pair off but fading by 0.5f out and setting race up for Closers. Mixed bag of CLosers with Imperious One coming from furthest back with a lucky rail run and showing most. But, 60s form at best and need convincing from PRev that IOne better than low 70s. Time equivalent, before WFA, with the OR52 rated 5yo winning the Apps race before this.

Hannon 11 winners down on 2014 schedule to the previous day and less quality as well. Said att his course the prvious week that he felt that he still had his best ones to make their debuts. 2 more debuts here and neither looking 75 types on brief shots in between interviewing a lifeless, boring, jk at RIPN. Just natural variation and a poor year for sprinters, by their standards, or some real changes showing up in the types of horses the stable is now buying and who is doing it? With a raft of new owners settling into the yard.
