- Trained by J. Gosden, unraced at 2yo and overall won 12 races between 8-10.5 furlongs at 3yo to 5yo and successful in five Group 1 races at 4-5yo including two Eclipses and two International Stakes. Won three races at 3yo developing through handicaps after being unplaced in his first three runs.
- To stud in 1997 and a solid record with his best runners being older, middle distance, types such as Norse Dancer, Chancellor & Franklin Gardens. Mixed record with his 2yos and above average in the period 2000-2003 with better than 33% winners to runners and an above average strike rate. The returns for the 2004-5 seasons have been less good. Gets winners at 6f upwards from mid season although a better record at 7f+. Until 2005 when he had no winners at all he usually had examples of above average winners each season, for example Parasol & Revealing in 2001, Norse Dancer & Hilbre Island in 2002, Halicardia in 2003, 7f Listed Queen Of Poland and Something Exciting (developed at 3yo and runner-up in the Oaks) in 2004.
